Backups – how many do you take and how many do you keep?

This can be set by you, however by default once a day - file and db, and we get 3 months worth as default though that is adjustable. Our backups are encrypted so it is simple for us to provide this service, however, if you want to do this independent of us, you’re going to need to take backups yourself, ManageWP integrates in well to do this.
